- und Mobile-Apps in den Bereichen Messaging, E-Commerce, Logistik und Bauwirtschaft.

Als Head of People & Operations bist du in einer Schlüsselposition, in der du unser Wachstum begleitest und vorantreibst. Du bist verantwortlich für das Recruiting von Top-Talenten und die Aufrechterhaltung und Weiterentwicklung einer Kultur, die leistungs
- und ergebnisorientiert ist und gleichzeitig eine positive Arbeitsathmosphäre schafft.

**Was wir von dir erwarten**:

- Du arbeitest mit den fachlichen Führungskräften zusammen, um Stellenprofile zu schärfen, Anforderungen und KPIs zu definieren und ein strukturiertes Framework für Feedback zu schaffen und weiterzuentwickeln
- Du definierst und implementierst umfassende Personal Development Programme, bist zentraler Ansprechpartner für Weiterbildungen und Karriereentwicklung.
- Du entwickelst und setzt effektive Rekrutierungsstrategien um, um Top-Talente anzuziehen.
- Du leitest operative HR Prozesse, z.B. on
- und offboardings, payroll, Visa-Angelegenheiten und kümmerst dich um die Einhaltung relevanter Arbeitsvorschriften.
- Du unterstützt und übernimmst Verantwortung für weitere wichtige Prozesse im Unternehmen

**Dein Profil**
- Du hast 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung im HR Bereich, idealerweise in einem Startup oder in der Beratung
- Du agierst mit einem hands-on Ansatz, verbindest strategisches Denken mit operativer Ausführung und hast die Fähigkeit, dich schnell in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld anzupassen.
- Du bist motiviert, selbstständig Strukturen aufbauen und proaktiv Stakeholder mit einzubeziehen
- Du sprichst fließend Englisch und Deutsch.
- Du bist begeistert von innovative technologischen Lösungen und kannst dich mit einer Tech-Kultur identifizieren
