Be the bridge between Regional Sales & EMEA Category. Deliver the market annual budget targets by optimizing the product assortment in line with category strategy & customers.

**How you'll help us.**

**Define Seasonal Range Strategies & Assortment Planning**
- Provide valuable feedback on the product line for EMEA and Market before finalization.
- Ensure excellence in Wholesale assortment and adherence to the initial Seasonal Assortment Strategy.
- ** Line Development**:

- ** Inputs**: Collaborate with the Planner to consolidate insights from previous seasons, using historical analysis and market trends to guide future assortment strategies.
- ** Adaptation**: Work with the Planner to adjust commercial expectations as the line develops, identifying and addressing any financial risks or opportunities.
- ** Systems and Process**:

- Continuously evaluate and suggest improvements for efficiency and process enhancement.
- Develop a thorough understanding of ASICS systems and data flow to identify and implement improvements. Manage key relationships to ensure accurate data flow.
- Collaborate with other Merchandisers to assess performance, identify gaps in Marketplace Merchandising processes, and implement improvements.

**More about you.**
- College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Economy, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Business Analytics.
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant working experience.
- Ability to present financial strategies (linked to the buy) at all levels.
- Strong numeracy and forecasting skills.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Proactive, results-driven team player, able to perform under deadlines and changing priorities.
