**Team Lead (m/w/d) Procurement in der Schiffsindustrie**:

**DAS SIND IHRE AUFGABEN**:

- In Ihrer Rolle als Teamleitung (m/w/d) Einkauf verantworten Sie die termingerechte Bereitstellung von Materialien u.a. mit Blick auf Kosten und Qualität, optimieren Lagerbestände und maximieren die Materialverfügbarkeit
- Sie führen ein Team aus zehn Supply Chain Professionals und koordinieren wie steuern deren Aktivitäten
- Federführend übernehmen Sie die Pflege und das Management von Schlüssellieferanten und führen eigenständig Vertrags
- wie Preisverhandlungen durch
- Als Teamleitung (m/w/d) entwickeln, steuern und überwachen Sie die relevanten KPIs und stoßen bei Bedarf Maßnahmen zur Prozessoptimierung an
- Schließlich arbeiten Sie abteilungsübergreifend mit weiteren Stakeholdern, z.B. im Rahmen des Reklamationsmanagements, zusammen

**DAMIT KÖNNEN SIE PUNKTEN**:

- Ihr Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, im Logistikmanagement oder im Bereich Business Administration konnten Sie erfolgreich abschließen
- In früheren beruflichen Stationen haben Sie bereits Kenntnisse in der Beschaffung technischer Komponenten erlangen können
- Als Team Lead (m/w/d) Procurement bringen Sie gute Kommunikations
- und Problemlösungskompetenzen mit, mit denen Sie dem Team als Vorbild dienen
- Im Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office Anwendungen sowie ERP-Lösungen arbeiten Sie routiniert
- Eine strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Maß an Verlässlichkeit runden Ihr Profil als Teamleitung (m/w/d) Einkauf ab
