Since 2019, Groeneveld-BEKA has been part of THE TIMKEN COMPANY, a leading global supplier of advanced rolling bearings and production for power transmission with headquarters in Canton, Ohio, USA. As part of our ongoing development, we are working to continuously increase digitalization and process efficiency.

**_In your new position, you will be an important part of the Groeneveld-BEKA service and sales team. This is what we expect from you:_**
- Technical contact person for customers internationally and for internal sales
- Technical/commercial support of the sales and service departments
- Concept development for process improvement
- Support in error analysis
- Monitoring of key figures and realization of optimization potentials
- Support of the sales department with administrative tasks
- Offer calculation/preparation
- Regular exchange with the field service

**_You have the desire to drive the order processes at Groeneveld-BEKA. You are characterized by an innovative way of thinking and self-initiative. In addition, you bring the following with you:_**
- Technical apprenticeship with corresponding further qualification as a technician, master craftsman, engineer or similar
- Commercial knowledge
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ideally knowledge of ERP systems
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Communication skills, negotiation skills and a confident appearance
