Content Creator

As a **Content Creator (M/F/d)**, you will be part of our global team that focuses on different product brands (Audio Service, Coselgi and others) for a wide range of B2B customers.

The focus of your work will be on the creation and creative implementation of English-language content (online and offline) that optimally addresses our international B2B customers. In addition, you will be responsible for the project management of our global self-service online portal, which allows our customers to create content under their branding. You will work closely with your colleagues, the Communication Managers, and report to the Head of Marketing Communication & Training.

In this versatile position, you can fully contribute and develop your strategic and creative skills.

**What you will do**:

- You will create content in English for the online (websites, SoMe, YouTube) and offline (catalogs, brochures) presences of our hearing instrument brands. In doing so, you will consider the different brand guidelines as well as the B2B target group requirements. Of course, we will support you in finding your way in the hearing aid and audiology world.
- You will independently create campaign items (print, online, videos, photos) from the first script to the finished product. You will have access to a fully equipped studio to produce videos and photos.
- You will be responsible for project management and content creation for our global self-service online portal, which allows our customers to create content under their branding. Together with our country organizations, you will analyze customer needs and develop strategies to increase the usage and improve the usability of this portal solution.
- You will monitor and analyze the performance of your created content and formats and identify opportunities for optimization.
- You will analyze customer needs, competition, and market trends to generate ideas for new content and update existing content.

**What you bring**:

- You are experienced and creative in developing target-group-specific online and offline content.
- You are experienced in the production of photos and videos as well as in the areas of camera, sound, and lighting.
- You are trained in media design, and you are familiar with common graphic, image and video editing programs (e.g. Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.).
- You are interested in the possibilities of generative AI and ideally have already gained some experience with it and know how to use it to create text and images.
- You are adept at managing projects.
- You feel comfortable in an international working environment and have a good command of English (we speak and write English).
