The absence of explosive materials makes them safe, the use of socially and ecologically conflict-free raw materials makes them sustainable and the almost unlimited availability of materials makes them scalable and cheap to procure. This makes our patented SolidFlow technology a game changer in the development of a global climate-neutral energy system.

CMBlu Energy is developing from a start-up focussing on research into a manufacturing scale-up that is on its way to series production. Around 240 employees are working towards this goal at CMBlu Energy. Our head office is in Alzenau near Frankfurt, with a branch office in Obernburg. There are also subsidiaries in Athens, Greece and Petaluma, USA.

As **Head of Product Management (M/F/d)**, you will shape a highly differentiated battery technology into a scalable product offering for a massive global market. This is more than a leadership role - it's a rare opportunity to define a product with the potential to transform energy systems worldwide. You will be at the center of CMBlu's mission: enabling long-duration energy storage, supporting the energy transition, and driving sustainability at scale.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Lead and grow a cross-functional product team including product management, requirements engineering, and technical writing
- Define and continuously prioritize the product backlog based on customer needs, technological feasibility, business case, and regulatory requirements
- Own the product definition, including value proposition, product features, documentation and business model - in close collaboration with development, manufacturing, design engineering, and finance
- Interface closely with sales and pilot customers to align product evolution with market expectations and validate product-market fit
- Be part of the leadership team and contribute to CMBlu's overall product and growth strategy

**Your Profile**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product management or product owner roles for stationary battery systems
- Ability to define and structure complex technology products and drive cross-functional execution
- Strong communicator with the ability to engage technical teams, sales, and leadership alike
- Leadership style that is collaborative and empowering - able to guide teams through dynamic environments
- Fluency in English is required; German is a plus
