**We are looking for a Windows Server System Administrator (M/F/d)**
**(Permanent, Full-time)**
**Join our team at our location in Verl or Baden-Baden, hybrid working conditions available.**

**Your Role**:
As a Windows Server System Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Microsoft server infrastructure. Your work will ensure stability, security, and continuous improvement in our IT landscape.

**Your daily tasks will include**:

- Managing a wide range of Microsoft services
- Installing, configuring, and updating Windows Server environments
- Troubleshooting and resolving incidents and technical issues
- Identifying and implementing new IT technologies to enhance our infrastructure

**What You Bring**:

- Educational background in IT or equivalent experience
- Deep technical knowledge and proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Server technologies
- Advanced knowledge in at least one additional technology area (e.g., storage, backup, or networking)
- Proficiency in both German and English
- Proactive and responsible approach to your work
