HR clerk for remuneration (M/F/d)

**Your tasks**:

- Preparation of monthly payslips
- Maintaining and updating the billing system and all billing-related data
- Communication and cooperation with health insurance companies, authorities, offices, employment agency and social insurance carriers, etc.
- Supervision of the certification and registration system
- Direct contact for the employees you support in all pay-related issues
- Maintaining personnel files
- Creation of statistics and certificates, reporting
- Administrative activities/correspondence and administrative support for the head of department

**Your qualification**:

- Successfully completed commercial training
- Subject-specific additional training desired
- Experience in payroll, ideally in the metal and electronics industry
- Good knowledge of income tax and social security law
- Good knowledge of billing software, ideally PAISY
- Good MS Office skills
- Independent and careful way of working as well as a high level of commitment
