Bachelor’s or higher degree (Master’s or PhD preferred) in industrial engineering, econometrics, statistics, applied mathematics, data science, or related fields

Must have experience solving business problems using statistics, machine learning, or optimization; and using SQL, C#, Python, R, or other analytical tools
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills in English and German
- Able to relocate to Germany

Passionate and enthusiastic over work; has a can-do attitude
Driven to achieve with mínimal supervision in a very dynamic and timeline-sensitive work environment

**Responsibilities**:

- Process and analyze large datasets and establish hypotheses for solving high-value business problems.
- Frame data within a relevant business context to develop repeatable models and glean actionable insights
- Test hypotheses by combining data observations and developing innovative mathematical and statistical pricing models. Testing will include prototyping, analyzing, and validating the implementation of the models using statistical and optimization software tools
- Perform validation and testing of models to ensure adequacy and reformulate models as necessary
- Have a deep understanding of Prorize’s proprietary solution suite; be able to read and debug the codes and scripts both in the production environment and for the purpose of prototyping new modules
- Communicate the results of analyses in a concise and clear language with internal colleagues and external clients
- Assist in the creation of new capabilities for our revenue optimization platform in collaboration with our product managers and engineers
- Keep up to speed with data science trends and news so that you can incorporate new methodologies and approaches as appropriate.

**Salary**: 3,000.00€ - 4,000.00€ per month
