**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Übernahme der Verantwortung für alle Teilbereiche der Transaktionen, einschließlich Akquisition, Management und Verkauf von Investitionen
- Durchführung von Sektoranalysen zur Identifizierung von Markttrends und potenziellen Investitionsmöglichkeiten
- Durchführung der Erstbeurteilung attraktiver Zielunternehmen, einschließlich der Bewertung ihrer Geschäftsmodelle, Marktchancen und Risiken
- Erstellung detaillierter und komplexer Finanzmodelle zur Bewertung von Investitionschancen und zur Unterstützung der Entscheidungsfindung
- Ausarbeitung von Kaufgeboten bzw. LOIs und Durchführung der Due Diligence
- Aktive Betreuung und Überwachung der Portfoliounternehmen nach der Akquisition bis zum erfolgreichen Verkauf des Portfoliounternehmens
- Möglichkeit zur aktiven Beteiligung an Akquisitionen durch Co-Investments

**Dein Profil**:

- Herausragender akademischer Abschluss (Master/MBA/Promotion) mit einem kaufmännischen, technischen oder naturwissenschaftlichen Hintergrund an einer renommierten Universität/Business School
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Private Equity, Unternehmensberatung oder Investmentbanking
- Ausgezeichnete analytische Fähigkeiten im Hinblick auf die Bewertung von Märkten und Geschäftsmodellen
- Hervorragendes Verständnis für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge sowie von Prozessabläufen in Unternehmen
- Unternehmerische Denkweise und Affinität zum Mittelstand
- Hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung und Zielorientierung
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift)
