We proudly supply cafés and restaurants in Germany and worldwide and are present in over 50 countries. With four coffee shops in Berlin, we aim to offer the best possible experience to our customers and our team.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a **Junior Shop Operations & Logistics Coordinator (M/F/d)** for **36 hours per week**, starting as soon as possible.

As a Junior Shop Operations & Logistics Coordinator, you support our shop operations, suppliers, and management in **operational, logístical, and organizational matters**.

With a structured working style and a hands-on mindset, you help ensure smooth daily operations across our shops and contribute to an efficient and well-organized working environment at Bonanza Coffee.

**Your direct area of responsibility as part of our international and familiar team includes**:

  • Supporting stock ordering and ensuring product availability
  • Communicating with suppliers and service partners
  • Maintaining and updating supplier lists and basic documentation
  • Supporting organization and optimization of storage areas
  • Assisting with pastry supplier coordination
  • Visiting shops to identify maintenance needs
  • Coordinating small repairs and documenting maintenance tasks
  • Supporting the introduction of new products and menu items

**Your profile**

  • Ideally, first experience in retail, logistics, hospitality, or operations
  • Enjoyment of a mix of office-based and hands-on work
  • Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented working style
  • Hands-on mentality and willingness to learn

- Confident communication in **German and English**

  • Independent working style and sense of responsibility
