**Internship Bayer Foundation (Science & Education) (M/F/d)**
**YOUR TASKS AND EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES**
- Support in the planning and implementation of the Bayer Foundation's scientific portfolio
- Further development of the operational performance of selected programs
- Independent preparation, analysis and documentation of different data sets as well as proactive implementation of own tasks
- Support communication activities with regard to relevant content
**WHO YOU ARE**
- Enrolled student (M/F/d) in a business or natural sciences course or another relevant field
- Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Quick comprehension and openness
- Passionate about science and global sustainability goals Analytical and conceptual strength (particularly with regard to the visualization of quantitative and qualitative data)
- High degree of self-motivation and commitment as well as strong customer orientation
- Excellent communication skills with a passion for innovative processes and changing challenges
- Fluent in English; both written and spoken, fluent in German; both written and spoken is an advantage
