**About Kornit Digital**

Kornit Digital, a leading-edge company that develops, manufactures, and markets state-of-the-art printing solutions for the têxtile, garment & apparel decorating industries is looking for an **Order Management Specialist (f/m/d) EMEA **based in Düsseldorf, Germany.

**Your impact**:

- In your role as Order Management Specialist EMEA (M/F/d), you are the first point of contact for our customers, sales, service and global supply chain functions for order delivery;
- You create and execute a flawless, customer-centric process encompassing order-to-delivery;
- You ensure timely processing of sales orders for printing systems, ink and spare parts in the EMEA region under consideration of payment terms, and shipping conditions;
- Upon request, you participate in operational projects for process design and optimization;
- KPI Monitoring and Improvement in close cooperation with Interface Functions complete your profile.

**Requirements**:
**Your expertise**:

- Completed vocational training or studies in economics and related fields;
- First years of experience in Order Management / Customer Service / Logistics are a plus;
- Advanced skills in MS Office and ERP Systems;
- Customer-oriented, organized and analytical thinking;
- Creative problem-solver with a talent for relationship management;
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision and in high-pressure environments;
- Fluency in English and German, and any other language will be considered a plus.
