Are you passionate about digital learning and eager to shape the future of global learning and training? We are looking for a Specialist Digital Learning to take ownership of our digital learning platforms, ensuring their effective implementation and functionality.

**A JOB THAT MATTERS: Your Tasks**
- Oversee our SAP Successfactors® learning management system, our LinkedIn Learning® platform and our language training platform.
- Manage system
- and platform-related contracts, licenses and costs.
- Customize, maintain and develop platform functionalities to optimize the learning experience on a global level.
- Design, implement and monitor system
- and platform-related learning and administration processes.
- Ensure smooth operation and compliance with global learning standards.
- Define, track, and monitor key learning KPIs.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve learning strategies.
- Ensure the seamless rollout of mandatory global training programs.

**EXPERIENCE THAT MATTERS: Your Skills**
- Experience in managing digital learning platforms (LMS or LXP).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking learning KPIs.
- Knowledge of learning processes.
- Good project management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Degree in business administration, economics psychology or similar.
- Business fluency in English, German language skills are considered an advantage.
