But contrary to the container, most surrounding processes have not been standardized nor innovated—and are still frustratingly complex, manual, and error-prone.

That’s why our ambition is to use technology to simplify the logistics of global trade, making the processes around the container as simple as the container itself. (Senior) Learning & Development Specialist (f/m/d)

As our (Senior) Learning & Development Specialist, you will be the driving force behind developing a great team of top talent at xChange. You will own and continuously improve our people development, being a great sparring partner for the entire leadership team. You will work closely with our leaders and employees to build a state-of-the-art Learning & Development offering that aligns with our company growth strategy and contributes to an exceptional employee experience.

Your responsibilities in a nutshell
- Own, establish and oversee the strategy/roadmap for our people development at xChange
- Support in onboarding and continuously coaching our Team Leads, establishing clear processes which allow them to lead their teammates to success
- Further, develop our employee’s experience by setting up overall and team-specific career paths together with our leadership team
- Drive our Learning and development initiatives ensuring the L&D roadmap is aligned with our overall company strategy
- Together with our VP of Talent and our Leads, you will establish learning and development concepts, roll up your sleeves, and design our own training/coaching formats
- Become THE go-to person for xChangees in all personal development and leadership development questions

**Requirements**:

- You have a proven track record of independently planning, developing, and implementing various L&D projects/initiatives.
- You are data-driven and have the ability to understand how Learning & Development activities play into the metrics that drive our employees' success
- You have a high personal drive and intellectual horsepower - You have a strong entrepreneurial mind and commercial approach
- You have great interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders of all levels, including senior management.
- You value integrity and trust in your own approach as well as your teams - You are open and transparent in all communication and promote a culture of collaboration within the team.
- You are a great communicator (our company language is English) and listener; you are passionate about the xChange mission and inspire and motivate the people around you
