**What you'll do**:

- You will manage and optimize Paid Search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and other relevant platforms.
- You will take ownership of the account, including setup, optimization, analysis, and reporting to reach revenue and efficiency targets.
- You will coordinate with local market experts on Performance Marketing strategy and execute recommendations.
- You will initiate A/B tests to maximize performance and generate learnings.

- You are analytical and data-driven, with a passion for problem-solving and identifying root causes.
- You want to learn everything about Google Ads and enjoy managing accounts hands-on.
- You are structured, organized, and experienced in managing projects and stakeholders.
- You have a strong sense of ownership and initiative.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
