In this Berlin-based role, as the Team Lead SEA, you will oversee and guide our SEA team while also focusing on further developing flaconi as the go-to Beauty destination within Europe. As the new Team Lead of SEA, you will have the chance to build and develop our SEA team in order to drive successful campaigns efficiently.

**Your role**:

- You will be managing a team of 3 passionate SEA individuals
- Daily monitoring of campaign performance, ensuring spend and ROI targets are met will be one of your core tasks
- Conducting performance data analysis and identifying optimization opportunities
- Optimizing bidding targets, budgets, keywords, and campaign settings, and testing various bidding strategies will be on your radar
- Managing approvals, tracking, and any issues affecting traffic or data collection
- Monitoring landing page performance and working with our Creative Managers to enhance conversion rates
- Leading, mentoring, and developing the SEA team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
- Ensuring effective project management and organization within the team to meet deadlines and achieve goals

**Your profile**:

- Minimum 4 years of experience in international search engine advertising (SEA), with a strong focus on performance and team leadership
- Extensive experience managing Google Ads accounts towards ROI goals, with a proven track record of meeting targets
- Proven success in managing Search, GDN, and UAC (mobile App) campaigns
- Excellent MS Excel skills; experience with Tableau Desktop is a plus
- In-depth knowledge of conversion tracking systems, Google Ads bidding strategies, and Quality Score variables
- Strong leadership abilities, with experience in team management and development
- Fluent in English; a good level of German is a plus
