**Job Description**:
You will drive the team in the support and further development of online marketing tools and thus increase website traffic and the number of contacts (leads). In addition, you will improve the image and visibility of Concardis in the digital world.

Essentially, this involves the following tasks
- Continuous improvement of our multilingual internet presence and creation of sales-optimised landing pages using our CMS
- Ongoing updating/development of content and quality assurance of the internet presence
- Regular analysis of traffic and incoming enquiries and derivation of suitable measures
- Identify trends and insights of Digital Marketing and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies to optimize user experience on website and landing pages
- Preparation of presentations and reports within the scope of responsibility
- Controlling and monitoring agencies and external service providers

**Qualifications**:

- Completed studies with a focus on marketing or media or comparable training.
- Experience in online marketing, especially in the support and further development of complex, international and multilingual internet presences.
- Knowledge of a CMS or webshop system, preferably Typo3. Knowledge of HTML is an advantage
- Confident handling of MS Office products, especially Excel and PowerPoint, Photoshop
- Initial experience in the areas of SEA and SEO
- Fluently in German and English
