Human Resources Assistant

**Duties**: - Performs a wide variety of technical support, focused primarily in the areas of recruitment and staffing. - Coordinates with management officials to recruit for position vacancies. - Creates and posts vacancy announcements. **Requirements**: **Conditions of Employment**: - Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required - Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position - A one year probationary period may be required - Occasional travel for training purposes to off post locations is required - Must complete CHRA NAF Career Path I within 18 months of position placement **Qualifications**: **NF-02 (Developmental)** Possess six (6) months of progressively responsible clerical/administrative experience, which demonstrates the ability to accomplish various human resources tasks and utilize human resource information systems. **The experience and ability listed above must be reflected on your resume to be considered eligible for this position.** ***NF-03** 1. Possess six (6) months of work experience in a human resources profession which demonstrates the capability to perform a variety of recruitment functions, such as posting vacancy announcements and rating applicants for qualifications and eligibility. 2. Possess experience utilizing an automated recruitment and staffing system (i.e. USA Staffing, Avue, Resumix, PeopleSoft, etc.) 3. Possess prior experience using Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) 4.
