Your mission

We are looking for an experienced CFO who plans and drives the organization’s financial strategy. As our CFO you must be well-versed in all aspects of financial management ranging from simple accounting to broad investment to business intelligence. Simultaneously you are an excellent leader with an international SaaS background. The goal is to protect the company’s revenues and profits to achieve full financial control and sustainable growth. YOUR TASKS ARE
- Drive the company’s financial planning and decide on investment strategies
- Take care of investor relations and quarterly company reportings
- Establish modern digital solutions to support all business units just in time (FP&A, Business Intelligence)
- Prepare the company for their next stage, like expansion overseas (e.g.USA)
- Be a trusted advisor regarding accounting standards and execution, audits, revenue recognition, tax issues, etc.
- Lead and supervise all finance personnel (Accounting & Controlling) and form a great team

**Profile**:

- Proven experience as VP of Finance or CFO at high-growth companies in a global environment (EMEA & US) with focus on SaaS solutions
- Possess excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
- Feel comfortable and experienced in working with investors
- You have already established an accounting culture and discipline an earlier stage based on IFRS/ US-GAAP/ HGB
- Strategize and solve problems with an analytical mindset
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Outstanding communication and people skills
- Fluent in German and English
