**What you will do**:

- You will support in mapping and documenting our current data structure from an end user perspective and help defining key performance indicators for our Operations Teams.
- You will drive data initiatives to improve visibility, alignment, and communication around performance measures to track Emma's Operations' success.
- You will work closely with our Tech and Analytics Engineering teams, Operations teams, and other Business Intelligence teams to promote data-informed decision-making and workflows.

**What you will bring to us**:

- You are studying a bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Data Science, Engineering or related fields.
- You are enthusiastic about understanding data architectures in the Operations context.
- You are digitally savvy, and familiar with data analytics and visualization tools.
- You are detail-oriented, and work in a very structured way even in a fast-paced environment.
- You are eager to develop your project management skills and you like to take ownership driving new projects independently.
- You can communicate well in English and enjoy collaborating with different teams in a multicultural environment.
- You are looking for an internship and are available for **at least 6 months**.
