Für unseren Mandanten, eine sehr erfolgreiche M&A-Beratung mit Schwerpunkt in der Beratung von Technologietransaktionen, suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Associate / Vice President M&A. Das Unternehmen verfügt unter anderem über einen erfolgreichen Track Record bei Cross-Border-Transaktionen und arbeitet eng mit verschiedenen Family Offices zusammen.

Der ideale Kandidat / die ideale Kandidatin verfügt über mehr als drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im M&A / mit entsprechender Transaktionserfahrung.

Aufgaben
- Begleitung von cross-border M&A Transaktionen mit spezialisierung auf den TMT Bereich
- DCF, LBO Berechnungen, Branchenanalyse, Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung der Transaktionsstrukturen
- Schulung und Anleitung von Analysten

Qualifikation
- 3 bis 8 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Investment Banking / M&A
- Sehr gute Analytische Kenntnisse und Zahlenverständnisse, sehr gute Kenntnisse um Bereich LBO, DCF und dem allgemeinen Bewertungsverständnis wird vorausgesetzt
- Sehr gute akademische Ausbildung
