You support our team as

Specialist (M/F/d) HR Services

**Responsibilities**:
You will support the HR team in all relevant HR processes from joining to leaving, in particular in the preparation of contracts, onboarding documents, employee references and leaving documents

You will process official reports and various general correspondence and carry out ad hoc analyses and HR KPI reports

You will also be responsible for the documentation and maintenance of personnel files

You act as a point of contact for employees and our external service provider in matters relating to payroll accounting

Maintaining the HR systems (SAP, Workday, Time & Attendance) including ensuring data quality in the systems

Optimisation and standardisation of HR processes, workflows and interfaces in your area of responsibility

**Qualifications**:
You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally with further training as an HR specialist

You also have at least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position in the HR department

Good knowledge of labour, collective bargaining and social security law as well as works constitution law

Confident handling of MS Office programmes and modern communication media is a matter of course for you

Experience in working with SAP and ideally Workday

Organisational and problem-solving skills, a structured way of working and accuracy

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Very good German and solid English language skills
