The mission of SAP S/4HANA and the **Public Cloud ERP Product Management **team is to drive and grow SAP’s core business as a market leader in cloud ERP. We are responsible for defining product scenarios based on market and target customer needs and translating them into consumable product requirements for engineering teams. We work together with our engineering and product marketing teams, customers, and partners on continuously improving our Public Cloud ERP product portfolio. Product Management is the authoritative voice of the legitimate challenges customers face, evangelizing an outcome-based product vision and roadmap that truly solves customer pain points, excites our customers and contributes to the business success of customers and SAP likewise.

**The Role**

Your future product management team has end-to-end responsibility for project-related business processes in our Public Cloud ERP unit, focusing on Professional Services Automation and related scenarios across multiple products. It strongly, but not exclusively addresses the business needs of professional services companies in the mid-market and drives traction in the large enterprises segment. Therefore, expertise in these domains is an advantage, quick comprehension and learning ability are crucial to gain a holistic overview of relevant business processes and capabilities.

**What you’ll do**

The **Head of Professional Services Automation** **(M/F/d)** will report to Maximilian Köbler and lead a team of product managers across multiple locations.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Lead a highly motivated and world class product management team with focus on Professional Services Automation and related scenarios that supports SAP’s Public Cloud ERP strategic direction and growth ambitions
- Together with your team, take ownership of customer problems and turn them into product solutions from concept to requirements, design, and delivery
- Define product vision and roadmap to deliver a viable product with great customer value
- Guide the team in defining and prioritizíng the entire product backlog on requirements, epics, user story level
- Establish a network and act as a strong influencer in the respective SAP ecosystem
- Collaborate with product marketing, engineering, and other stakeholders
- Engage customers, partners, and other stakeholders at all stages of the product lifecycle to ensure we are solving the right problems and building products our customers need
- Own the decision-making process for whether to build in-house, partner with others, or buy existing partner solutions

**What you bring**
- 6+ years of relevant work experience in Product Management for software industry
- First experiences with people management & leadership skills and ability to deal with high pressure from internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent verbal, communication skills with the customers, partners, and internal teams, as well as board/executive level presentation skills
- Ideally, an international track record showcasing that you can effectively relate to multicultural teams
- Strong customer focus with previous exposure to key customers, as well as partner orientation
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with demonstrable success in previous positions
- Expertise in one or multiple of the core topics mentioned above would be advantageous
- Quick comprehension and learning ability
- Profound knowledge in developing a product strategy and roadmap
- Fluent or near-native English language skills
