Working Student: Communication and Change in Data Management

Would you like to get exciting insights in how to create business value from data by taking a step into actual practice? As a working student, you will be an integral part of the Data Governance Office and strengthen our team with your skills, dedication, and passion for data, AI and communication. You will support the global deployment of the Data Governance Framework by fostering our community and hence having regular contact with business and technical stakeholders. - **Reliable work**:You contribute to the deployment of the Data Governance framework in selected data domains

- **Be creative**:You create content, e.g., maintain intranet pages, prepare and conduct info & exchange sessions, write blogposts
- **Shape the future**:You create user stories in form of presentations and videos
- **Lifelong learning**:You support and document value-add use cases and get to know how projects are run in an international company

**Your Profile**
- **Study field**: You are currently studying economics or a technical field with a focus on communication
- **Way of working**:You are data savvy, and you are convinced that data is a differentiator
- **Personality**:You are strong in communication with stakeholders and a team player
- **Skills**:You bring profound Microsoft 365 knowledge (mainly Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint)
- **Experience**:You have a track record in writing engaging texts, e.g., for newsletters and blogposts and ideally you bring experience in video scripting and editing
- **Availability**:You are interested in spending minimum 12 months in this role
- **Language skills**:You have excellent English skills, both written and spoken, German would be a plus
- CV in English (Cover letter is appreciated)
- Certificate of enrollment at university
- Latest grades transcript (not older than 6 months)
- High school report

Important information:

- **Working part-time**: The focus is on studies. Therefore, working student is possible during the lecture period with a maximum of 20 hours per week.
- **Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome**: You must be enrolled, and the examination results or modules of your studies must not have been completed yet, so that you can still work in our team for at least 6 months. You must also not be in a semester of leave.
- **You should live close to the site**: It is important for us to work with you on site and to integrate you into the team. You should therefore be able to come to the site regularly.
