**Role Summary**:
Within Flowserve Ettlingen we are looking for a Sales Support Representative. Are you that person who has worked (preferably) 2 years in a supportive sales position and would you like to be part of our dynamic team? Then consider now a new challenge within Flowserve. **Preferred Experience / Skills**: What do you need for this job:

- Vocational training with a Business Administrative/Sales focus or a comparable education (e.g. “Kaufmännische Ausbildung”)
- Preferably a background in sales support
- Fluent in English and German (both in speech and writing)
- Fluent in one more foreign language, f.e. French is nice to have
- Good understanding of MS-Office and SAP R/3
- Team-player, motivated, engaged and flexible
- You must have excellent teamwork skills
- You are a self starter
- You are very strong in communication
- You have a commercial mindset

**Responsibilities & Requirements**: You'll be involved in the following tasks:

- Processing of customer orders
- Monitoring of orders
- Maintaining customer relationship via phone
- Coordinating the orders from dispatching untill delivery / invoicing
- Execution of different order forms (single order, stock order, repair, claims, returns, credit)
- Collection / setting of documents from the customer portals
- Solving customer complaints
- Customer order documentation
- Cooperation with the other departments
