**Your task**:
Whether it's a compulsory or voluntary internship - as an intern / flexikant (M/F/d) you will benefit in any case from an attractive remuneration and flexible working hours. You will support the team with the following responsible tasks:

- You support the central CX team in implementing the EU-wide CX program (NPS system)
- You support our subsidiaries in their CX transformation process by preparing CX workshops and conducting deep dives regarding their performance
- You regularly benchmark CX KPIs and support concepts on how to optimize customer experience with your own ideas
- You analyze CX performance and prepare presentations with actionable insights
- You identify CX trends and compile a best practice collection for our international CX community
- You bring in your expertise to enhance processes of our program and platform

**Your Profile**:

- Affinity for numbers, ability to analyze topics and translate findings into actionable insights
- First experience in customer experience management, customer feedback methods advantageous and basic understanding of Telco business models
- Ability to think strategically and work in a conceptual, structured and reliable way
- Proactive and result orientated working approach, sense of responsibility
- Excellent MS Office skills, esp. PowerPoint, Excel and fluent in English
