Role Overview:
The Distribution Partnerships Administrator is responsible for supporting relationships & commercial results with distribution directors. The position holder provides support, administration and guidance to its distribution directors and performs all necessary activities resulting from Payment and PMS Lead Referrals provided by Distribution Directors and Partners. The position holder will, with the support of the respective internal units, make sure that the distribution director/s are assisted with the day-to-day administration and any other work prevailing tasks. You will also be required to maintain a sales target as determined by your manager, this could be generated by cold calling as well as digital lead conversions.

What you will do:
- Support all Distribution Directors to ensure the Company targets and objectives for Distribution partners will be met.- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to safeguard a smooth cooperation between Distribution partners & Planet.- Report regularly on PMS and Payment enquiry / contract statuses to make business & opportunity value visible to internal stakeholders.- Support sales pitches of your Distribution Directors at Key Accounts level by joining meetings (onsite / online) and help Distribution Directors address Key Accounts’ needs internally.- Manage Payment Lead Referrals from Distribution Partners with Referral Agreements, assign these to designated direct sales experts and / or perform all actions of the sales journey by:
- analysing customer’s needs-
- conducting individualized sales pitches-
- negotiating on pricing-
- closing of contracts with new Merchants-
- collecting all elements for AML/KYC for the on-boarding customer process and-
- submitting required information to the respective internal channels-
- Follow up with internal departments to safeguard successful roll-out of your productPre-sales Activities:
- Manage pricing and contract negotiations in conjunction with the Distribution partner- Pipeline management, reporting and forecasting via data submission from Distribution partners.

Post
- sales Activities:
- Report closed business opportunities in Salesforce in a timely manner.- Verify correct & complete data entry of Lead referrals within Salesforce.

Who you are:
- Strong Hospitality industry background- Experience in SaaS (PMS) and / or Payment sales (Acquiring / Processing / eCommerce)- Strong English written and spoken, German at B2 minimum.- Excellent relationship management skills- Good Microsoft Office, Salesforce (CRM) and Windows operating system experience- Self-motivated- Well-spoken and articulate.- Positive can-do attitude.- Organisation and issue resolution skills- Team player
