**About the role**:
As an **Accounts Payable Accountant**, you will ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices while maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and suppliers. You’ll play a key role in resolving discrepancies, optimizing financial workflows, and contributing to process improvements. **About your tasks**:

- ** Process invoices efficiently** - Review, verify, and process incoming invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- ** Resolve discrepancies** - Work with Procurement and Warehouse teams to investigate and resolve invoice mismatches.
- ** Manage supplier communication** - Serve as the first point of contact for payment inquiries and clarifications.
- ** Maintain accurate records** - Update supplier accounts, including bank details and ledger accuracy.
- ** Ensure timely payments** - Monitor due dates, prepare payment proposals, and support cash flow management.
- ** Drive process improvements** - Identify and implement enhancements to optimize Accounts Payable workflows.

**About you**:

- You enjoy working with numbers and are meticulous, punctual and precise. In other words, accurate and attentive do detail.
- You bring relevant experience from a similar accounting/finance role.
- You have a financial education or several years of experience in a financial department.
- You are fluent in English, knowledge of German is highly desirable.
