At our office in **Reutlingen** we are looking for you as **Division Controller (M/F/d) in the field of Industry Solutions**.
What you can expect
- Supporting the divison management by determining, analyzing and monitoring key figures and deriving recommendations for action
- Cooperation and support of the business units within the Industry Solutions Division
- Coordination, control and collaboration in planning processes
- Analyses of key cost drivers and identification of potential for cost optimization at the division and business unit level
- Performing and commenting on monthly variance analyses and evaluating the success of the Industry Solutions division and business units in a plan/actual comparison
- Continuous optimization of existing processes, reporting and systems
- Evaluation of development and investment projects as well as preparation of business plans and feasibility studies
- Support in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements

What we expect
- Successfully completed business studies or comparable training
- Several years of professional experience in controlling, preferably in international mechanical and plant engineering
- IFRS knowledge
- Holistic, structured and entrepreneurial approach to work
- Strong systematic, analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Committed and team-oriented personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and experienced handling of the SAP modules FI/CO/PS as well as very good knowledge of MS-Office
- Very good German and English skills complete your profile
