In **Munich**, we are looking for you **on a permanent basis as soon as possible** as **SENIOR LEGAL COUNSEL (ALL GENDERS) - MUNICH**: **Tasks & Responsibilities: What to Expect** Within the Legal Department, the Senior Legal Counsel is responsible for the management of legal risks in connection with real estate law matters of the AIFM BNP Paribas REIM Germany for the missions within the scope of activity of the Legal department: The Senior Legal Counsel is responsible to pilot the investment, corporate, supervisory and regulatory legal aspects of the activity of BNP Paribas REIM in Germany, and especially: Managing legal aspects of complex, multi-jurisdictional fund structure under German Capital Investment Code (KAGB), corporate law and the relevant supervisory and regulatory requirements, including via managing external lawyers Advising on legal aspects of the relationships with the external supervisory authority (BaFin) Providing assistance in the context of pre-litigation or litigations within its scope of action Participating in the implementation of templates related to investment, corporate, supervisory and regulatory documentation The Senior Legal Counsel participates in the coordination of the BNP Paribas Real Estate and BNP Paribas Group's cross-functional activities and cross-border operations within its scope of action. The Senior Legal Counsel is in charge of implementing and monitoring Legal procedures.
