**Your responsibilities**
- You are an all-time and close collaboration and coordination between business units, IT experts, digital agencies as well as implementation partners
- You support on driving on strategic initiatives for smart EU, meaning a close contact with the executive board as well as heads of business.
- You support the overall program/project vision to develop an end-to-end customer experience and boost both, digital (eCommerce) and agent-level sales
- You support different business projects and development streams
- You coordinate and facilitate workshops
- You ensure agile methodologies are well implemented throughout the program/project
- You solve interdependencies between business units/departments
- You analyze the potential factors of performance results and provide constructive proposal of improvement
- You plan and facilitate meeting structures to coordinate different stakeholders
- You are able to set up market/benchmark analysis or market research and create informative executive summaries
- You assist with client testing and feedback interviews for market research or beta version/MVP testing

**What you bring along**
- You are studying in the fields of Business (Informatics), Economics, Innovation and Technology Management or comparable
- You have completed project management certificates or trainings
- You have experience in the automotive (luxury) or retail industry or consultancy
- You have strong skills in product or project management
- You have the ability to find innovative ways to solve problems
- You have analytical and proactively problem-solving skills
- You are fluent in English; other European languages are a plus
