(Referencenumber: 0162NO2025AO) **Your tasks**: - The team's mission is to source and manage contracts from Suppliers based all over the world - Support in realizing the future vision of preparing a new generation of products with a competitive, digitally enabled, safe and emission-free product - Adapting to new technologies, new products, new distribution channels, new regulations - Collaborating with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects - Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables - Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's standards - Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines - Accurately documenting the project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification - Performing market analysis (global sourcing including offsets) - Identifying and leading value creation project and support product or service innovation - Ensuring risk management **Your profile**: - Completes studies in the field of Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain / Logistics or a comparable qualification - Over two years of professional experience in the field of aerospace - Over 5 years of professional experience in the field of projectmanagement - Basic knowledge in the fields of Change Management and Risk Management - Fluent in English **We offer you**: - Permanent employment contract - Perspective to be taken over at our customer - Salaries above the general pay scale and incentive compensations (bonus) - Equal pay model - Company pension scheme with employer subsidy - Well-directed training and further education opportunities - Employee recommendation program with attractive compensations (bonus) - Individual and local support and advice - Travel allowance - Assumption of costs for work cloth and health examinations - fleixible working hours and partly home office - Innovative and leading companies like Airbus Operations, Airbus Aerostructures, Airbus Defence & Space, Premium Aerotec, Airbus Helicopters and the aerospace supply industry Interested?
