Dann werd‘ unser **Team Lead Product Development (m/w/d)**
- Du führst unser kreatives 3-köpfiges Product Development Team und berichtest direkt an unsere CEO
- Du betreust Projekte ganzheitlich und entwickelst dezidierte Produktstrategien, von der Researchphase bis zur Order Confirmation, in enger Abstimmung mit internen Stakeholdern wie unserem Operations und Marketing Team
- Du leitest alle Design-Aktivitäten und bist hauptverantwortlich für die Sicherstellung der Design-Qualität, Einhaltung von Fristen und Priorisierung der Arbeit sowie Ressourcen unter Anleitung und Betreuung deiner Team Member
- Du prüfst Designprojekte, in Absprache mit unserem internationalen Netzwerk von Zulieferern, auf ihre Machbarkeit
- Du verfeinerst und optimierst unsere Produktdesignsprache und die ästhetische Ausrichtung aller Produktkategorien
- Du treibst gemeinsam mit deinem Team die ständige Weiterentwicklung unseres Produktportfolios und den Einsatz von nachhaltigen Materialien sowie Prozessen voran
- Du professionalisierst unser Inhouse Rapid Prototyping Lab, um Produktideen noch schneller testen zu können
- auf mindestens 3 Jahre Berufs
- und einschlägige Führungserfahrung im Bereich Product Development zurückblickst
- deinen Bachelor oder Master im Produktdesign, Industriedesign und Fashion Design oder einem ähnlichen Studienfach abgeschlossen hast
- ganzheitliche Erfahrung entlang des Product Life Cyle, bestenfalls in einem schnell wachsenden D2C-Unternehmen, mitbringst
- durch deine empathische, kommunikative und überzeugende Persönlichkeit Menschen mitnehmen und begeistern kannst
- stets den Überblick in einem schnelllebigen Arbeitsumfeld behältst und deiner Struktur weder Stress noch Hektik etwas anhaben können
- ständig auf der Jagd nach kreativen Lösungen und innovativen Ansätzen bist und das große Ganze immer im Blick hast - genauso wie jedes kleinste Detail
- stets auf dem neusten Stand bist und weißt, welche Trends wir mitgehen sollten und welche nicht
- Expert:in in allen gängigen Adobe CC Programmen bist und dich mit Rhino 3D auskennst
- fließend Deutsch und Englisch sprichst
