We are looking for a Commercial Excellence & Knowledge Management Specialist (x|f|m) for the Commercial Excellence Team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and scaling commercial sales and customer service capabilities. You will work with global and regional stakeholders to define and drive initiatives, improving the effectiveness of our commercial organization and strengthening customer focus. You will be part of a high-performing global team with strong regional connections, creating a regional support hub for commercial excellence. The team consists of nine professionals and we are looking forward to shaping the future with you. This position is available for full-time. It is a hybrid role requiring some days on site with the opportunity to work some days remotely. The position can be based in Göttingen, Germany (Sartorius Stedim Biotech GmbH) or in Aubagne, France. **Grow**with**us** -**Your**Responsibilities** - Build commercial capability at a regional level, co-creating and rolling-out playbooks, best practices, and toolkits - Oversee and manage improvement project from initiation to completion and hyper-care support, closely monitor and report on the progress to senior stakeholders - Identify and implement innovative strategies and tools to drive effective knowledge sharing - Create and manage knowledge-sharing platforms such as company intranet, online databases, MS teams channels - Train and onboard the new colleagues to ensure a smooth transition for all employees addressing employee concerns and providing cross-functional support - Conduct regular audits of knowledge repositories to ensure data relevance and applicability - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in knowledge management to ensure the effectiveness of the company's knowledge management strategy - Support the organization in maintaining a work environment with a customer oriented and quality mindset that fosters learning, open communication, collaboration, integration, and teamwork, inclusion & diversity **What** will**convince**us** - You have a bachelor's degree in the field of business administration or equivalent - You have several years of relevant professional experience in Sales, Commercial Excellence, Knowledge Management or similar role - Training experience and project management training or certification is an advantage - Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, effectively engaging with individuals at all levels of the organization - You are a strategic problem solver with the ability to translate business objectives into practical plans and drive their implementation - Proven track record with deep knowledge and experience of multidisciplinary and matrix/cross-functional team management is beneficial - Strong change management and strong assertiveness - You have experience of working in an intercultural environment - Fluency in English is a must, other European languages are an advantage **What**we**offer** As a growing global life science company, stock listed on the DAX and TecDAX, Sartorius offers a wide range of Benefits: - ** Personal and Professional Development**:Mentoring, leadership programs, Talent Talks, internal seminar offerings, coaching for managers - ** Attractive**compensation**:Vacation and holiday bonuses including pension benefits with a 35 hr. week, 30 vacation days - ** Large, modern campus**:Open office spaces, terraces, company restaurant with vegetarian and vegan options, cozy Italian bistro with ice cream sales, fitness studio and daycare center - ** Making an impact right from the start**:Comprehensive onboarding, including a virtual online platform even before joining, Welcome Workshops, "buddy" as point of contact - ** Welcoming**Culture**:Mutual support, teamspirit and international collaboration; communities on numerous topics, such as coaching, agile working and business women network
