- We want to make you a communications expert. For this purpose, you will complete a communications traineeship.
- You should get as many different impressions as possible. As part of this traineeship, you will take part in a total of three placements lasting several weeks, as well as specialist seminars on various topics in corporate communications.
- To develop the best communicators, we have established a special Communication Excellence Program. This is our global competency development plan for communicators, aligned with the tasks and challenges of Corporate Communications. The focus is on the strategic orientation of communication.
- The focus of your practical work will be an education in content marketing, mainly online content creation and marketing (specializing in social media)
- You will also write presentations and text contributions in German and English to convey messages for various target groups of Siemens AG

**What you need to make real what matters.**
- You have successfully completed your university studies (Master's degree desirable) preferably with a focus on journalism, communication, marketing, or media studies.
- In addition, you have initial experience and talent in editorial or communications work, proven by at least two relevant internships.
- Ideally, you are already well-versed in creating short-form and long-form content for online media or social media.
- Furthermore, you are confident in dealing with Microsoft Office.
- Experience working with social media management tools, such as Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Later, Sprout Social or similar, would be a plus.
- Very good English and German skills and intercultural competence, acquired through time spent abroad, round off your profile.
