Lab Technician

With the aim of further supporting the development of our technologies, for our location in Straubing (Germany), we are looking for a Lab technician:
**Your tasks**:
Supporting the research and development team in the Lab and at our pilot plant;
Various activities at our R&D site, including production of sterile media, management of our high-performance organisms, work with anaerobic microorganisms, microscopy and analysis (like GC and spectrophotometry);
Support for experiments at our pilot plant (on the SER site in Straubing) with preparation of media and cultures and analysis during the experimental runs;
**Your profile**:
Supporting the research and development team in the Lab and at our pilot plant;
Enthusiastic in being part of the development of green energies and sustainable development practices;
Eagerness to expand knowledge into different topics within the scope of the company;
Experience in dealing with gas fermentation and anaerobic microorganisms in the laboratory is a plus;
High motivation and commitment to quickly grasp new concepts and embark on new challenges;
Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
Driver’s license and car to move from the laboratory to the pilot plant site.
