**What to Expect**

The role of Sr. Occupational Medical & Health Management Specialist is an important part of the EHS&S team at Tesla. It is - in close consultation with the Company Physician - a crucial role to coordinate occupational medical and health related topics at the Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg.

**What You'll Do**
- Project Management of occupational medical and health initiatives (e.g. vaccinations, skin protection plans, Early Symptom Intervention, operational topics) to improve health and safety in the workplace.
- Coordination and planning of preventive and legally required medical check-ups and support for process improvements in the Medical Center.
- Operational planning and review of the Early Symptom Intervention (ESI) program by the Athletic Training Team.
- Monitoring and supporting risk assessments and agreeing measures with the specialist departments to ensure safe and healthy working conditions (e.g. including psychological risk assessments).
- Important stakeholder to participate in the occupational safety committee meeting (ASA).
- Preparation of dashboards and analyzing occupational health measures and operational data to determine utilization, successes, opportunities to drive Medical and Health Program KPIs in close cooperation with HR for the leadership.
- Responsible for monitoring and updating medical and health related policies and procedures to include standardization of processes in close cooperation with EHS and HR for customer focused care.
- Strategic development of occupational medical and health related topics at the Giga Berlin-Brandenburg in close cooperation with the Corporate Physician Lead, EHS, HR and the works council, adaptation to current requirements at the Berlin-Brandenburg site.
- Establishing internal and external collaborations in occupational medical and health management (regional services, clinics, Employer's liability insurance association etc.) and working closely with that relevant stakeholder.
- Communicates with various departments to coordinate services, resolve operational problems, and improve quality of patient care and outcomes. Engage and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders including Production, EHS&S, HR and health service providers.

**What You'll Bring**
- Bachelor's degree in health sciences or management, Healthcare or a closely related Health discipline; alternatively, the equivalent in
- Experience managing occupational medical & health related programs and projects.
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Takes initiative to present ideas / suggestions to management utilizing proactive problem-solving approaches.
- A structured way of working, enjoy optimizing processes and preparing data
- Fluent in German and English (verbal and written
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Additional Desired Qualifications
- Experience in psychosocial counseling or coaching is an advantage.
