In this role, you'll report to the Social Media Team Lead and drive ongoing content creation for Instagram Reels and TikTok. Together, you'll help Freeletics social media set new industry standards. New challenges, campaigns or content? Bring us your big ideas and let’s make them a reality.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Continuously create various forms of social media content (focused on videos, but can also include images, text captions etc.) for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
- Create always-on content reacting to trends / trending audios, along with specific briefings (i.e. campaigns.)
- Publish content according to the established social media content calendar
- Work closely with the Social Media team to ensure that every piece of content is relevant and helps the company maximize engagement, reach, and user acquisition
- Ensure every piece of content aligns with our brand voice, while generating attention and engagement

**Your Profile**:

- Extensive knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and engagement strategy
- Experienced in filming and editing social media videos in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work with creative/editing tools like Capcut, Inshot, etc.
- Proven experience in creating engaging content on different social media platforms, such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
- Ability to turn a concept into compelling content
- Ability to react to trends quickly and use them for brand engagement
- Ability to incorporate our brand voice and identity in digital content
- Fluency English - other languages (like German) is a plus but not mandatory
