**What you'll do**
- Support for GPO Supplier Mgmt. team
- Basic understanding of process
- Communication with LoBs and other teams; not only knowledge necessary but good comms skills and people “mgmt.”
- Creating newsletters and SharePoint maintenance
- Creating and evaluating reports
- Ad-hoc support of other GPO TSG processes and projects

**What you bring**
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: business and/or organization4
- Computer skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel & Macros, Word, PowerPoint)
- Language skills: good written and verbal skills in German + English, other language welcomed
- Soft skills: team player, expert in organizing, curious and quick learner
- Working from WDF office is required about once a week, if other students and colleagues can be met F2F

**Meet your team**

The purpose of this role is to support and enhance the strategic operations of the Technology, Supplier Management, and Governance (TSG) Team within SAP’s Global Procurement Organization (GPO). The role focuses on maintaining governance excellence, improving procurement processes, and ensuring alignment with global policies and best practices. By driving process efficiency, managing critical documentation, and resolving quality issues, this position directly contributes to the overall success and compliance of procurement activities.
The TSG Team (Technology, Supplier Management, and Governance) is the driving force behind the success of SAP’s Global Procurement Organization (GPO). As the heart of the GPO, TSG is committed to ensuring compliance, efficiency, and innovation across procurement processes, policies, and systems. Our team collaborates across functions to manage risks, enhance supplier management, and integrate cutting-edge technology into procurement operations.
