Dual.Concept S.r.l., Recruting Company of AHK Italien, is looking for a Financial Controller (M/F/d) with good German and Italian language skills.
Our client (Gruppo Saviola) is a solid, dynamic and flexible multinational holding company, one of the 300 largest industrial companies in Italy, and among the largest in the world in its reference sectors.
The company offers a unique model on the market, which allows the manufacturing of products for the wood, chemical, furniture and life sciences sectors, in full compliance with the principles of the circular economy.
Our client is looking for a Financial Controller (M/F/d) for a **permanent full-time position at the new German site (at least for the first 18 months) (Germersheim - south of Frankfurt). **The aim is to support the Italian and German teams by strengthening, implementing and integrating management controlling activities.
**Stellenbeschreibung**:
This is what you can expect with us:
- With the team, you will coordinate the control activities of the German branch and be in regular contact with the Italian holding.
- You will analyse the processes and define the administrative control procedures, preparing proposals for the development of the accounting and administrative area
- You ensure that operations comply with accounting standards
- You participate in the preparation of the expenditure budget, make forecasts and prepare periodic reporting
- You monitor and evaluate the business performance and cost controlling of the various business units, measure performance and assess the efficiency of the accounting, reporting and internal controlling systems
- You will analyse deviations of balance sheet items from planned financial and economic targets
- You will support the CFO and the team in strategic planning and advise the management on accounting, financial and tax issues
**Anforderungsprofil**:
You fit if:
- You have Italian and German language skills
- You have at least 2 years of experience in this role, preferably in an industrial environment
- You have a degree in industrial engineering, economics or an equivalent qualification
- You have knowledge of the principles and methods of corporate management (SAP)
- You have a good knowledge of business administration, accounting, balance sheets and budget analysis
- You have good computer skills (Excel, accounting software, ERP systems, etc.)
- You have strong analytical and organisational skills and are results-oriented
- You have good communication and interpersonal skills and are a dynamic and flexible personality
