FEMNA sucht ab sofort eine: n Werkstudent*in oder Part-Time Mitarbeiter*in (w/m/d) im Bereich Customer Care & Community Management.

FEMNAs Vision ist es, mehr Lebensqualität für Frauen mit wiederkehrenden Beschwerden im Bereich der Frauengesundheit zu ermöglichen. FEMNA bietet virtuellen Zugang zu ausführlicher Diagnostik, Aufklärung und Beratung sowie integrativen therapeutischen Lösungen für die Frauengesundheit. Bei uns steht die Aufklärung und Beratung sowie ein Behandeln auf Augenhöhe im Mittelpunkt. 70% der befragten berichten von einer Verbesserung ihrer Symptome nach 6 Monaten.

Wir sind ein kleines wachsendes festes Team in Berlin, unsere Beraterinnen arbeiten freiberuflich aus ganz Deutschland. Wir arbeiten in einer wertschätzenden, offenen und familienfreundlichen Atmosphäre.

Deine Aufgaben
- Du bist erste*r Ansprechpartner*in und unterstützt unsere Kundinnen per Mail, Telefon und auf Social Media
- Der Bereich Customer Care liegt in deiner Verantwortung
- Du bist die Kommunikationsschnittstelle zwischen unseren kooperativen Partner*innen (Kundinnen, Patientinnen, Labore, Beraterinnen)
- Du gehst zum Teil mit sensiblen Inhalten um und kommunizierst dementsprechend empathisch und verantwortungsbewusst
- Du arbeitest von Montags bis Freitags - aber kannst dir, bis auf feste Office-Days, deine Arbeitszeiten grundsätzlich selbst einteilen
- Du löst komplexe Kundinnenanliegen und lernst dabei kontinuierlich mehr über Frauengesundheit
- In unserem kleinen Team hast du die Möglichkeit bei regelmäßigen Brainstormings mit deinem Input zu neuen Ideen beizutragen
- In allen Aufgaben wirst du von einer empathischen und hilfreichen Managerin unterstützt, die dich anleitet und anlernt
- Bei guter Leistung besteht die Perspektive auf Übernahme in eine Festanstellung

Über Dich
- Du hast bereits Erfahrungen im Bereich Customer Care
- Du besitzt hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten & soziale Kompetenz
- Deine mündlichen und schriftlichen Deutschkenntnisse sind auf Muttersprachniveau
- Du hast eine ausgezeichnete Ausdrucksweise in Wort und Schrift
- Deine Arbeitsorganisation ist strukturiert und eigeninitiativ
- Du hast ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und bist zu 100% zuverlässig
- Du bist zuvorkommend, geduldig und empathisch und hast Spaß am Kontakt mit Menschen
- Du bewahrst einen kühlen Kopf und bist stets lösungsorientiert
- Du hast gute Web
- und Computerkenntnisse
- Du hast Interesse an Frauengesundheit

Das erwartet Dich
- Du wirst ein Teil unseres freundlichen und dynamischen Teams in Berlin mit flachen Hierarchien
- Du sammelst Erfahrung im Bereich Customer Care & Communications und bekommst ebenso Einblick in weitere Bereiche
