We are currently seeking a co-ordinator to oversee & support Product Training activities across Europe, with a strong focus on DACH region. The role will be responsible for three key areas:

- Oversee development and maintenance of content for our online training platform, Enphase University (ENU) and in person seminar training.
- Provide German language support to installers in DACH region seeking to complete certifications via the ENU platform.
- Support the training team with the events calendar to organise training webinars and seminars.

This important role in the Marketing and Sales organization will contribute to building out the Enphase Energy Training programs through instructional design, training development and training delivery best practices.

Our German offices are Freiburg im Breisgau and Munich, Germany. Depending upon your location this role will be either fully remote or hybrid, with occasional visits to Freiburg and other Enphase locations to meet with colleagues.

**What you will do**:
Content development and maintenance
- Organise and oversee all training content and maintenance projects for our online learning platform
- Prioritize projects and manage to align with go-to-market activities and other training/marketing initiatives
- Co-ordinate both external translation vendors and internal ENU team in India to publish/update training materials as required
- Ensure training content library is up-to-date and version controlled

Enphase University Support
- Delivering best in class user support, as part of a global team focused on the highest levels of learner experience.
- Collaborate with Germany Customer Service team to support on all ENU installer issues and support cases.
- Manage ENU user registration, platform, and content access.
- Conduct remote troubleshooting for users in Enphase University.
- Resolve and manage user complaints/issues to completion
- Provide direct phone support to ENU student users
- Run reports on regular intervals as per set procedure.
- Participate in ongoing training/education of industry standards and Enphase technology.
- Professionally represent Enphase via all communications mediums.

Product Training Team Support
- Support the Product Training team in the field as required with event organisation, venue booking and related administrative tasks
- Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders such as sales organization on event's or customer support for training efforts

**Who you are and what you bring**:

- A minimum of 3 years' experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration or Training field preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German (C2 level) and English (minimum C1 level)
- Fluency in Dutch or French is desirable
- Knowledge and experience of Learning Management Systems (Moodle LMS)
- Good computer skills. (PC skills essential, Mac OS desirable)
- Experience in report management and data presentation.
- Experience working remotely with strong self-management and interpersonal skills, also a proven record of establishing and maintaining working relationships with customers, peers, and managers.
