As a Working Student System Administration (all genders) at Freeletics, you can expect exciting, technically challenging and varied tasks with a startup feeling, as well as flat hierarchies and flexible working hours. You will support our IT team in the Munich office and contribute to solutions and ideas in the network and security area. In addition, you will be assisting in creating and optimizing the IT documentation and help to further develop the IT infrastructure. You will also be mentored to conduct employee on
- and offboarding and take over the responsibility for lifecycle and asset management.
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Providing assistance to the System Administrator with the 1st and 2nd level support for troubleshooting and processing service requests
- Setup, support and instruction of users in the handling of new end devices
- Prioritization and documentation of requests in the ticket system
- Maintenance of administration, installation, maintenance and optimization of macOS, Windows, and Google environments
**Your Profile**:
- Currently enrolled in an informatics study or realted field with a comparable IT-related focus
- First experience in a Cloud/SaaS administration
- Confident handling of Windows and Microsoft Office
- Initiative, sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team
- Good written and spoken English, German is a plus
