Junior Designer, Social Media

We are looking for a talented Junior Designer to join our Design & Production team in Berlin.

We are a tight knit team of illustrators & animators, photographers & videographers, coders & brand builders who create thumb-smashing content for some of the biggest brands in the world.

We’re on the hunt for an awesome Junior Designer to join our buzzing Berlin creative department. You’ll need to be super passionate about all things creative, have excellent multi-disciplinary skills, but most importantly, be crazy excited to be part of an industry leader in Social First marketing.

**Role**

You’ll be tasked with concepting and delivering a range of work across a variety of projects and brands in the Beauty, Alcohol, FMCG and Service industries. The role will see you working alongside the rest of the creative team. Time moves at the speed of light at 1000heads, but you’ll be working with the most talented bunch of individuals this side of the Moon landings.
- Supporting designers to conceptualise a brief from issue through to artwork and implementation
- Creative ideation and design thinking with the team
- Delivering a range of creative work
- Support the design teams on a range of ad hoc tasks
- Liaising with fellow team members, client service and community teams to deliver projects as a team

**Requirements**:

- Intrapreneurial, with a team-player approach and a can-do attitude to go with it.
- We value positive, proactive team members, eager to help, take on responsibility and able to work on their own initiative
- Passion, passion, passion
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads and to understand the styles of a range of brands
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and a hunger for problem-solving
- Design degree preferred but not essential
- The start of a great portfolio and proven creative eye
- Knowledge of Adobe programs: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects
- Integrating yourself quickly into the agency, you’ll be hands on and a big help to everyone in the creative team
- Through passion, hard-work and drive you’ll join us in creating award winning work
- Excellent Written and verbal communication skills both in English and German
