Our team is growing, and with this comes the exciting opportunity to become our first Social Engagement Specialist. In this role you’ll bring creative ideas and approaches to how we communicate with our consumers on social media daily - plus, build approaches that assist the team in finding and optimising engagement opportunities.

Your Mission:

- You support influencers in own channel content with active messaging
- You have your eyes and ears on brand trends and are confident inserting the brand in the conversation
- You support the Social Happiness Delivery team with daily business and seek out fun and impactful engagement moments by identifying opportunities for added WOW
- You work closely with the Content Team to keep up to date about campaigns**,** source required materials for the Social Happiness Delivery Team, and loop back weekly content briefs for special launches and campaigns to the core team
- You explore engagement opportunities happening outside of our brand mentions
- You work closely with different stakeholders to identify new reporting opportunities

Your Story:

- Experience in communications or social media environment, previous experience in Community Management is preferred
- You have a strong interest and affinity for Social Media as well as for sports and lifestyle
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and multi-task handling skills in a dynamic work environment
- You have a team-player mindset and understand the importance of collaboration
- Understanding of brand-storytelling and ability to excite others about our products
- Great attention to detail
- English on a native level (C2), additional languages are a plu
