**Choose the best place for your work - Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.**
**Even more flexibility?** Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.
**Your tasks and responsibilities**:
- You identify strategically relevant external events that enhance the visibility of Siemens Healthineers (SHS) among key stakeholders, strengthen partnerships, and showcase the company’s brand, services, and solutions.
- You support the Vice President for Global Partnerships in strategically positioning SHS and securing speaking opportunities or contributions by the Executive Board and other senior leaders at selected events.
- You coordinate SHS’s participation in high-level conferences and events - both in-person and virtual - including program development, side events, accreditation processes, and logístical arrangements.
- You prepare briefing materials, speeches, background notes, and talking points, ensuring timely contributions from relevant internal and external stakeholders.
- You act as the primary point of contact for the SHS delegation at selected events, coordinate bilateral meetings, and ensure smooth communication and collaboration with event organizers.
- You work closely with the Corporate Communications team to develop external communication measures and continuously improve guidelines, best practices, and knowledge products for event planning and partnerships.
**Your qualifications and experience**:
- You hold a university degree in International Relations, Communications, Political Science, Business Administration, Event Management, or a comparable field.
- You bring several years of relevant professional experience in organizing and coordinating international events, ideally in an international or multilateral environment.
- You have solid expertise in stakeholder management, partnership development, and strategic positioning.
- You have proven experience in preparing and compiling briefing materials, speeches, and background notes for senior executives.
- You possess strong knowledge of budget planning and management in the context of events.
**Your attributes and skills**:
- You are fluent in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You are proficient in digital tools for event management, collaboration, and communication (e.g., MS Office, virtual event platforms, CRM systems).
- You demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- You have a strategic and solutions-oriented mindset, combined with a high level of initiative and reliability.
- You are a strong team player with a collaborative working style in an international, interdisciplinary environment and are flexible and resilient, particularly when working under time pressure and shifting priorities.
- You are willing to travel internationally on occasion.
