**Who are we looking for?**

You are the local TRS supplier quality main contact for the German region, responsible to initiate, dispatch and monitor all supplier non-performance activities. You will structurally increase the service quality of our German supplier to the next level together with the central quality coordinator and supported by the responsible lead buyers.

As part of the Lineas TRS procurement community, you are the local German assistant for the TRS lead buyers designated for the German region. You secure smooth and timely processing and negotiation of pricing request for German single wagon load traffics and correct administrative follow up.

**What are your duties?**

Supplier Quality
- You set-up and maintain the German supplier quality and performance KPI monitoring including OTIF, digital excellence and non-performance log connected with our operational quality monitoring process (DQM,WQM,MQM)
- You secure standardization of supplier quality management across German region in system and execution.
- You drive and secure the needed supplier non-performance communication covering the short term recovery actions and long term structural improvements with the concerned stakeholders.
- You secure ‘first alert’ communication towards suppliers in case of incidents or safety issues on produced trains

**What is your profile?**

You are a fast, solution-oriented thinker with an eye for detail and strong affinity with required customer quality standards
- You are a fast able to prioritize in a context of changing priorities
- You have strong communication skills both in writing and oral
- Team spirit is crucial: without your colleagues and your partners, you cannot start anything in this role. Such colleagues may be seated next to you at the table, but may also be the head of some small goods station somewhere halfway between Cologne and Hamburg.
