We are a beauty start-up founded in 2020 and located in the heart of Berlin. Our team is made of over 55 brilliant human beings who came from all over the world to actively write Yepoda’s story.
We are currently looking for a Trainee/Junior Performance Marketing colleague to join the team. You will have the opportunity to be in a dynamic role and support our team in the field of Online Performance Marketing.
**Your tasks**:
- Support with setup and monitoring of Marketing campaigns along all our Online Marketing channels (Paid Social, SEA, CRM,)- Support with ongoing analysis of the relevant campaign KPIs and optimization of the budget- You come up with new ideas and think outside of the box to find the next concept to make your Marketing campaigns excel- Collaboration with our Graphic Design team to ensure great creatives and to continuously test new ideas and formats
**Your profile**:
- You successfully graduated with a degree in Media Management, Marketing, Economics or a related field- First experiences in E-Commerce and/or Online Marketing, running and analyzing Marketing campaigns and Paid socials are preferred-
- Focus on results and strong communication skills- Strong analytical skills- Hands-on-mentality, high drive and ambition to perform- Excellent English skills. German, Dutch, or French skills are a plus- Passion for beauty topics & social media (Instagram, TikTok, Youtube)- You are a team player, open to new things, and are excited about the chance, to take on responsibility in a young startup and grow together with us- Good skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google workspace (Gmail, Google Sheets etc.)
