Cfo - Chief Financial Officer (M/F/d)

A first insight: As Chief Financial Officer, you will take on the main responsibility for all financial matters throughout the company and will be able to do this thanks to suitable training and many years of experience in a comparable position. You will be responsible for all operational and strategic financial topics and projects and will be responsible for the personnel of all finance colleagues. In addition, you have the drive to participate actively and hands-on and do not shy away from the "green field" If you are also a gamer or techie (M/F/d) in the body of a finance person, you probably fit in very well with us. Your tasks: - You take responsibility for the long-term expansion and further development of the current team and the entire finance department (e.g. controlling, tax, accounting) and are not afraid to take on some topics directly hands-on. - Financial reporting is part of your responsibilities as well as financial risk management and financial management (e.g. finance in general, liquidity, cash flow, taxes, financial statements, balance sheet) - As an interface to the outside world, you act as a contact person for various external stakeholders, maintain contacts with them and coordinate between, for example, the tax office, auditors, authorities, tax advisors, etc. You also advise the company on financial issues. In addition, you advise the company on financial topics. - As part of your strategic involvement, you take on your own projects or introduce new tools or develop them further (e.g. ERP, BI, data analytics, etc.) in close cooperation with other departments (e.g. development, HR, product management). - Last but not least, you will work closely with the management and actively develop the corporate strategy and drive the business development. Your profile: - You have a degree in business administration from a university or college - You combine your several years of management experience in finance and accounting as well as controlling with excellent knowledge of relevant accounting standards (e.g. according to HGB) - You bring a very good understanding of the law in line with distinct practical experience with ERP tools, BI tools and Excel - In addition, you can draw on a wealth of experience in the context of management and project leadership tasks in the implementation of measures to optimize business processes. - Your communication and presentation skills in German and English are business fluent and you are able to prepare and communicate complex issues in a target group oriented way. - Apart from a high level of social competence, you have the following distinctive personal qualities: self-motivation, assertiveness, independence, commitment and a sense of responsibility.
